I AM a 4th generation business owner and I've been a licensed Advanced cosmetologist for nearly 30 years. I Am also a certified PsychoHAIRapist, Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Mental Health and Patient Care Advocate, and a Perimenopause & Menopause Health Coach.

 

I specialize in supporting the professional woman who is in menopause and experiencing hormonal hair loss, losing confidence in how she looks and feel, and fear not being heard by her medical practitioners. I help you bridge the gap between your hair, your health, and your hormones, so that you can regain your confidence while balancing midlife hormonal changes.

Contrary to popular belief, hair loss and Menopause isn't determined by your age, it's determined by your hormones, and research shows that the health of your hair is in direct correlation to the health of your entire well-being. The journey to healthy hair can feel stressful, but with the right support and holistic care, you will regain your confidence several strands and one body system at a time.

I believe that as a stylist and as the first line of defense, I have the power to 'Unwrap the layers of low self-esteem and deposit high volumes of confidence."

I AM a lover of all thing's art, and when I'm not in the salon or listening to music, I AM reading, writing, redecorating, or simply just creating! I AM the creator of - "From The Stylist's Chair Podcast: Building Confidence One Head At A Time," where we use salon lingo to educate, confront and discuss hard topics with a unique and diverse perspective.
