Terms of Service
Once the digital profile form is completed and the consultation is scheduled, a retainer fee will be requested which confirms your scheduling. This payment is non-transferable and non-refundable. Select a date approximately 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation. The final price of your desired service will be determined during your consultation based on your desired result and commitment level.

All services are individualized and completely customizable. Once your wellness plan is communicated and agreed upon, it is essential to be dedicated to the process for a minimum of 3-6 months to achieve and maintain the healthiest state possible. Some plans will require a longer commitment to properly benefit from each phase of the process. Once you've successfully completed the process, maintenance recommendations will be suggested upon completion to increase the longevity of your investment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be 48hrs prior to the time of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a no show/cancellation fee equally 50% of your scheduled service. All fees must be paid prior to rescheduling. More than two cancellations in a 12-month period without prior 48hr notice, will be evaluated.​
Agreement
You will be asked to affirm that you have read the terms and conditions stated above, on the profile form. If you do not agree to these terms, you may terminate your request or email me at koree@thatcherlynnsalon.com and I will respond within 48-72hrs Monday-Friday.
